The Giants will miss Odell Beckham Jr. on the field. Antworten

In his five seasons , the Pro Bowl receiver averaged 78 catches for 1,095 yards and nine touchdowns per season. His former teammates will miss him in the locker room, too, Giants safety Michael Thomas said.Thomas callas Beckham a “great teammate.”“What’s done is done. Everybody is trying to move on. His side, our side,” Thomas said on SiriusXM NFL Radio. “So I’m not going to touch it too much. I’ll just say this: He was a great teammate, like one of the best teammates you could ever ask for, especially somebody of his caliber. We’re talking about one of the modern-day rock stars. He was of a different caliber, but for someone of his stature Nick Chubb Jersey , he was very approachable in the locker room.“. . .He was a great teammate, a great locker room guy. For whatever reason, it didn’t work out. The Giants had a direction they wanted to go in. Hopefully, he finds what he was looking for in Cleveland. Both sides are ready to move on. It is what it is. I wish him nothing but the best. I love the way our locker room, our team is vibing right now. It’s a great culture fit. We’re ready to rock and get ready for this 2019 season.”Thomas spent his first five seasons in Miami before signing with the Giants during the 2018 offseason. Bleacher Report taps Kitchens as team’s riskiest offseason move, but those fears are not warranted." />Skip to main contentclockmenumore-arrownoyesDawgs EDTShare this storyShare this on FacebookShare this on TwitterShareAll sharing optionsShareAll sharing options for:Freddie Kitchens as head coach is not Browns top worryTwitterFacebookRedditPocketFlipboardEmailThe Cleveland Browns will embark on the 2019 NFL season with a new head coach for the fourth time since Jimmy and Dee Haslam purchased the team in the fall of 2012.The season will also mark the first time that Freddie Kitchens has been a head coach at any level, which leads to a bit of uncertainty about what to expect from him. Kitchens made a smooth transition from running backs coach to offensive coordinator midway through last season, but the move up to head coach is an even larger step to take.Which is why Bleacher Report’s Kristopher Knox has decided that naming Kitchens as head coach is the riskiest move that the Browns made this offseason:Knox is not entirely off base with his questions about Kitchens, but there is risk in any head coach hiring Chad Thomas Color Rush Jersey , especially if they are taking on the position for the first time. (Of course, an argument could be made that there are considerable risks in hiring someone with previous experience, as the Browns learned with Hue Jackson and Eric Mangini.)And if we are pondering the riskiest moves made by the Browns, creating a major hole at right guard with the trade of Kevin Zeitler, not addressing the serious lack of depth along the defensive line, and signing running back Kareem Hunt would easily rank above the hiring of Kitchens as head coach. It is not as if Kitchens just wandered into team headquarters one day and was handed the job by general manager John Dorsey. Kitchens has spent 13 years in the NFL as an assistant coach and worked with the likes of Bill Parcells and Bruce Arians, so he should have a good handle on how things work. There are some legitimate items for Browns fans to put on their worry list for the coming season, but Kitchens as head coach should not be near the top.
