Production site introduction:

Tongren is located in the northeast of Guizhou. The area is rich in mineral resources. There are nearly 60 kinds of minerals that have been issued and have proven reserves to varying degrees. Non-metallic minerals in the area include limestone, dolomite, granite, gypsum, and gangue. Among them, the reserves of limestone are relatively high, and they have a very high use value and economic value after being crushed.

Manufacturing processes:

The stone is uniformly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for the first rough crushing. The coarsely crushed stone is sent to the cavity of the sand making machine by a belt conveyor for secondary fine crushing. The finely crushed stone is conveyed by the conveyor. Sent to the vibrating screen for sieving. The stone that meets the required particle size of the finished product is sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning operation. The washed material is conveyed to the finished product pile from the conveyor belt. This has been forming a closed circuit. The granularity of the finished product can be combined and classified according to the needs of the user.
